Purple smoothie bowl

This morning I got creative and looked in my pantry to see what I could find to top it and ended up with a mix of seeds and beautiful colors!

Acai comes from raw acai berries, an energy-boosting superfruit originally from the Brazilian Amazon loaded with antioxidants that contribute to our overall health - Although, it's nearly impossible to have access to the raw berries (because of our geographical location) you can get the raw freeze-dried powder, and mix it into smoothies, yogurt, desserts and a number of other recipes, here's what you''l need to make this dreamy bowl:

Blend the following:

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp of Acai powder (this is my favorite)

Toppings:

  • 1tsp Chia seeds
  • 1tbsp Sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen
  • 2 tbsp Homemade granola
