Super Simple Sassy Water Recipe

The famous "sassy water" recipe created by Cynthia Sass (nutritionist and author) not only tastes great but it also helps your body detox and debloat in a natural way -  If you are not a big fan of drinking plain water, then you definitely want to try this option!

You will need:

  • 8 cups of filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 1 medium cucumber (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 12 small spearmint leaves
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let sit overnight.
  2. Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.
