Maca-Banana Shake

Try this beverage as a post-work out shake or with your breakfast. The splice blend is delicious and you can store it in an airtight container for up to 6 months! You can substitute the ripe banana for 1 date if you're so inclined, both options taste great!

Make your spice mix by stirring together:

  • 1 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

For the shake, blend at high speed until smooth:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp of your spice mix blend
  • 1 tsp of Maca Powder*
