The Anti-aging smoothie

The Anti-Aging Coconut Turmeric Smoothie is one of my favorite recipes because it's not only packed with ingredients to keep your complexion glowing but it's also delicious!

It features one of my favorite spices (turmeric) which has amazing anti inflammatory properties along with supporting a healthy immune system. Also, the combination of coconut and chia seeds help to assist your body in naturally building collagen, which is great for your skin! 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut butter (I love this brand) 
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 frozen banana
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil

Blend everything until smooth and creamy, enjoy!
